This loft apartment is on the second floor, which does require a guest to go up one flight of stairs, which is split into two smaller sets with a small landing. There is not an elevator to the second floor in the building. The apartment is all one level once you are on the second floor. Trash for the building is a dumpster behind the building that guests can use to throw away trash during their stay, with extra bags kept in the apartment. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the apartment, along with a separate office working area in this 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment.

This apartment is above a commercial storefront, but the residential units are separate and above the store fronts. Entering through the front door of the store front gives you access to a small lobby area. Straight ahead is the door to the stairwell that goes to the second floor loft apartment. You will be given a four digit code that works for all the doors, including the door to the apartment, that will work for the duration of your stay.
