Within walking distance to cute restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bars and breweries, shops and Saturday farmers market. Located near MSU, Drury University, and Cox and Mercy medical centers. Our loft is RIGHT ON Historic Commercial Street, there’s the occasional train and street traffic, but generally quite. We’re excited to host you!

Commercial Street is one of the main streets in Springfield for bars, restaurants, shops and breweries. You can experience the vibrancy of downtown Springfield, and then come back home to relax in this loft. The open concept floor plan of the living space makes the apartment light and bright without being over powering. The modern appliances and feel to the kitchen will make you feel right at home. The bedroom is right along Commercial street with a large wall of windows for natural light! The memory foam mattress and supple bedding will welcome you at the end of the busy day. Other Details to Note
Please be aware this loft is directly on Commercial Street. While not exactly a party area, this is a commercial area with cars, people walking along the sidewalks, and restaurants. You may hear some city noise from the street below, since you are staying downtown on Commercial Street. Generally the noise is not very much as Springfield tends to be a bit on the quieter side, but certain events or holiday weekends may cause more traffic than normal. There are also train tracks that parallel Commercial street behind this building. Again the train line is not busy - but you will hear train noise anywhere you stay in the area near the tracks.

This is a downtown vibe type area of Springfield, right on Commercial St. There is plenty of parking, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. The hospitals are just a few miles away in all directions, so this apartment is centrally located for any traveling professionals that will be working at the local medical care facilities. While there may be some city activity below you, once you go upstairs to this loft, the beautiful decorations and renovations will make you feel very peaceful and zen like. It is a great oasis in the city!
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the loft apartment. The loft apartment is above two commercial businesses on Commercial street, one of them being H&R Block. You can access the apartment totally contact free, by using your individualized door code to the exterior door of the building and then at the top of the stairs to get into the unit.

There is ample street parking if bringing your own vehicle, but the major ride share platforms also operate in this area in case you need to ride to and from your destination. There is also mass transit in the area. Please feel free to ask and we would be happy to share some links with you for the transit in the area. The area is also quite walkable - so if you wanted to get to your destinations via sneakers or bicycle you could do that too!
